Biking
Ok. OK. I’ve been biking lately… and it’s soo good. I love it.
I LOVE IT. I started out with doing just over 10 minutes. Then it went out to 15 minutes. Then 20 minutes. And Now I’m up to 25 minutes. Short, but intense bike rides are my new favourite thing.
I still need to eat cleaner, tho. Is clean gluten free? I need to google this shit. Ok. It would seem that I...

Anyway, I’m still working out. In different ways. Because I’m afraid of running into black bears now that I’ve seen three bears this week!
I’m dancing (as best as I can), doing yard work and canoeing. All. Hard. Work.
