Ok. OK. I’ve been biking lately… and it’s soo good. I love it.
I LOVE IT. I started out with doing just over 10 minutes. Then it went out to 15 minutes. Then 20 minutes. And Now I’m up to 25 minutes. Short, but intense bike rides are my new favourite thing.
I still need to eat cleaner, tho. Is clean gluten free? I need to google this shit. Ok. It would seem that I need more than just a quick search to find out.
I just can’t wait for next year. When I’m officially at my goal weight, and it’s not just all in my head…
